Welcome to our New Website Powered by Crossbar

We are excited to be partnering with Crossbar as our new website provider. Feel free to click around the site and explore some of the various pages and resources. We are in the beginning stages of this website, and it will be your go-to resource for everything South Windsor Youth Hockey. 

Our new site is a huge improvement over the old one, and will greatly improve the functionality of our club. With a new modern design and streamlined experience across your desktop and mobile devices, we hope our members will see improved club communication, easier program registration, and a more reliable tuition payment process.

Automatic Payments

Your dues for the season will be automatically deducted from your ACH or credit card on file. Monthly dues will be automatically processed on the 1st of every month. With this system, no need to remember to log in every month to make a payment, the system will do it automatically for you! Account Set Up

You will need an account to register for any SWYHA program. Your League Athletics information will not be loaded onto this site, therefore you will need to sign up and create your user profile and a profile for your participants. 

Here are some tips to help you sign on to Crossbar! 

SIGN UP (or LOG IN)

Click on "Log in" (if you have a Crossbar account with another association) or "Sign Up" (if you need to create an account) in the upper left corner above the skater (if you are on a computer). Enter your email/password. You will receive an email to activate the new account. All parents who wish to receive team emails must sign up for an account.

Log in with your email and password and enter your contact information. Click on New Participant and enter player information. *

*If you already have a Crossbar account from another association you will see those players already so you will be ready to register them in SWYHA programs too.

The online registration system will be quick and easy as the system will intuitively guide you through the process.
