In House I is the introduction to hockey basics.  The Learn To Skate boy or girl that has completed the four week skating portion is now ready for the In House I program.  Each child is individually developed based on their ability, and then taught more intensly on the aspects of skating, stick and puck control, and basic game instruction.  The players gain confidence on their skates and in using a hockey stick, so the cross ice games become a fun environment.  The program will start in October and will meet on Saturday and Sunday mornings for and hour and fifteen minutes.  The player will be responsible for pants, game socks, shoulder pads, elbow pads, and other neccessary equipment. A list will be provided to each skater entering the program.  The Association will supply the jersey.  The Association will have an end of the year pizza party and yearbook for each player.  The Saturday and Sunday schedule will be provided to you by the Association.  The program is directed by USA Hockey coaching and instruction, which is universal throughout the US.
